The New Phase

After a few emotional posts in the past few months, I guess it's the time to give myself some good vibes and optimism eh.

Shall I update some of the things I did last month?

After having my first ever Bestie trip to Singapore with my Besties back in June, I have gone to Chiang Mai with my coursemates for an early graduation trip. =) It was fun to travel around with friends and simply enjoyed those moments of escaping from reality. Perhaps I shall update about them soon?

Never thought that I would travel to 2 different countries within a month time and fulfilling my wishlist of the year. Am a happy kid and am officially broke now.... oops.

Enjoying potato life at home with my korean drama marathon is always the best thing to do. Soooooo happy that I'm finally catching up and finished 3 dramas in a row. More dramas to come!

Thanks God that my result for this semester is way better than I expected, I guess I was lucky enough though. Since I really screwed up my Corporate Finance and Social Gerontology, yet I still managed to get As for them. Such miracle wei! Fingers crossed and Please please please allow me to be that lucky to waive my PTPTN loan in the end~~~pretty please~~~~

Oh yeah, not to forget that I have been receiving surprising news from my favourite people. So happy for them omggggg~ Wonder who would be the next, hmmm.....


And then, Finally,

I've ended my life as a student and started my new chapter as an Intern in a bank. 

There goes my one short month of potato life after completing two overdue korean drama debts and travelling abroad with my besties and coursemates. 

Started off my internship since last week and now it's already half of the second week. How I wish if it's already end of the month now eh. 

6 months seem to take forever to come omo.

Well, again, moving on to a new phase is always challenging and hard for me since forever.  Not to mention that I was placed in the Product Management team and I was one of the members of e-channel team. First week was definitely eye-opening since I have no idea how Internet banking works before this and I was being assigned to design a new set of sales kit to promote our product. I guess this is what we called stepping out of comfort zone?

Despite having no sense of art and creativity, my supervisor actually told me that our boss was impressed with my work as a first timer. I was like "seriously?" since what I did was just copying the similar points, obtain data from materials given and did some changes in the design layout of the sales kit. oops But I'm still happy that my first task is done with good feedback from my supervisor. It has definitely boosted up my confidence a little to survive there for the next 6 months.

And then my supervisor actually told me that he is looking forward to my next design for brochures. Stress Level 99 omg. I guess striving to do and work on something you weren't good at is the process of growing up too?

Oh yeah, thanks to my internship I'm actually going back to a healthier lifestyle by sleeping earlier than before. I'm finally sleeping before 2am nowadays. And lost 1 kg after a week of work. Keep up with the weight loss ya Huey. You are so gonna lose the fats you gained before the year ends! Fighting!!

I guess that's all for now. This post is kinda messy in structure but yeah, those are basically some of my updates for the past whole month.
